We need to educate the public with what they are putting on their skin. Do you know what you are putting on your skin? Some brands market their makeup as mineral makeup but don't even contain any minerals!! Go get your current makeup and read the ingredients. What are those big fancy names? What do they mean? Now look at our ingredients. Simple, basic and beneficial. No added extras.
Our makeup is loose and not pressed or in a liquid form therefore avoiding the use of fillers or preservatives; for example we do not use Bismuth Oxychloride which is a Known irritant. These are what may cause your skin to react and break out. By using only pure minerals our makeup is actually good for your skin.
Affera's foundation can cover rosacea and acne while providing anti-inflammatory properties to help reduce redness and calm inflammation. Also loose minerals can be used on all skin types, even for dry skin.
The loose powder does not have a drying effect on the skin but rather a dewy effect to leave your skin looking younger and healthy!
Our colored minerals are very versatile. They can be used as eyeshadow, blush, eyeliner and on your eyebrows. Add your favorite color to Affera Cosmetics lip gloss and even to your own clear nail polish!
Affera Cosmetics are made to order. We make our cosmetics by hand and are creating new colors on a regular basis. By doing this we are able to customize to ensure a perfect match to every skin type and color.
